There are a few items in my closet that I always come back to. This checked shirt is one of them. I wear it over, under, tied, rolled, open, and closed (usually not all at once, though). If you stick around long enough, you might just see them all. My favorite part about this ensemble is the cuffed sleeves. When I looked in the mirror, I felt like the outfit was missing something. I tried a chunky necklace- that wasn’t it. Then I added a belt- still not it. Then I cuffed my sleeves and Voila! I was ready to walk out the door. So what can you learn from this? The next time you are wearing a checked shirt and a khaki jacket, cuff your sleeves.
