Yesterday we had a full on rain storm here in Washington; complete with a tornado watch and monsoon-like rain fall. With rains like that, the only options are to have wet feet, or to throw on some heavy duty rain boots. I opted to keep my feet dry by pairing my favorite wellies with my work attire.
What do you think? pencil skirts and rainboots? This is going to be an important debate for me as I am about to transition into a much rainier lifestyle. That's right people. I am moving back home to Portland, Oregon. I've got about a month left here to enjoy DC, and then I'll be heading West!

Hi Bree, one good thing about the rain is that we get to see you wearing your Wellingtons, and you look really tasty wearing your Pencil Skirt and Wellies and I look forward to seeing more pics in future posts, i wear my Wellies a lot, I love them.
